Please read the following Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully. By purchasing any service plan on the Job Matrix website, the candidate agrees to the terms mentioned below.
Service Initiation & Eligibility
Once a candidate visits the Job Matrix website and purchases a
service plan, the service process is considered officially
initiated. From this point onward, Job Matrix begins delivering
the selected services as per the plan. Candidates are advised to
carefully review all plan details before purchase, as the policy,
timelines, and refund eligibility will be applicable from the
moment the payment is successfully completed.
Cancellation Within 24-48 Hours (Full Refund)
Candidates can request cancellation at any time; however, if the
cancellation request is raised within 24 to 48 hours of plan
purchase and no services or benefits have been availed, they will
be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, only a 4% payment
gateway convenience fee (based on the purchased plan) will be
deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded in 5-7 bank
working days.
Mid-Process Cancellation & Partial Refund
Candidates are allowed to cancel their service plan at any stage
of the process, except after job application. If a candidate is
not satisfied with the service and chooses to cancel after
availing any benefit, a fixed cancellation charge of Rs. 2000 per
candidate will be applied. The remaining amount, if applicable,
will be refunded after deducting applicable charges as per the
policy.
Refund Eligibility
If Job Matrix fails to provide the promised services within a
period of 3 months from the date of purchase, the candidate will
be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, only a 4% payment
gateway convenience fee will be deducted, and the remaining
amount will be refunded. This ensures transparency and commitment
towards service delivery timelines.
No Refund After Job Application
Once a candidate proceeds with the job application process after
completing the services, the plan will be considered fully
utilized. In such cases, the candidate will not be eligible for
any cancellation or refund under any circumstances. Candidates
are advised to make informed decisions before proceeding to the
job application stage, as refund eligibility ends at this point.
Candidate Responsibility & No-Show Policy
Candidates must actively participate in the process by responding
to communication, attending scheduled sessions, and providing
accurate information. If a candidate fails to respond, provides
misleading details, or misses scheduled meetings or seminars,
they will be marked as a "No Show." In such cases, only partial
refund may apply after deducting applicable charges, and full
refund eligibility will not be considered.
Cancellation Request Process
To initiate cancellation, candidates must fill out the official
cancellation form available on the Job Matrix website. The
request will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. After approval,
the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 bank working days to
the selected payment mode. Candidates must ensure that all
payment details provided in the form are accurate, as Job Matrix
will not be responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect
information.
Incorrect Information & Liability
Candidates are required to provide complete and accurate
information while filling out the cancellation form and during the
service process. If incorrect or invalid details are submitted,
resulting in refund failure or service disruption, the
responsibility will lie entirely with the candidate. Job Matrix
will not be held liable for any loss caused due to incorrect
information provided by the candidate.
Unethical Activity & Policy Violation
If a candidate is found involved in any unethical, illegal, or
fraudulent activity, including misuse of services or leakage of
confidential information, Job Matrix reserves the right to
terminate the candidate's profile immediately. In such cases, the
candidate will not be eligible for any refund under any
circumstances, and access to all services may be permanently
restricted.
Mandatory Website-Based Cancellation
All cancellation and refund requests will only be processed
through the official website. Candidates must visit the
"Cancellation & Refund" section and click on the
Click Here
option to access the cancellation form. Requests made through any
other medium will not be considered valid. The process will only
begin after successful submission of the cancellation form as per
policy guidelines.
Job Guarantee Refund Clause
In the event that a candidate completes all required sessions but
does not receive a job offer within 3 months, they will be
eligible for a full refund. However, a 4% payment gateway
convenience fee (based on the purchased plan) will be deducted
and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate as per
the standard refund process defined by Job Matrix.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
If Job Matrix cancels any service plan due to operational,
business, or unforeseen reasons, the candidate will be eligible
for full refund. In such cases, only a 4% payment gateway
convenience fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will
be refunded. This ensures fairness and accountability from the
company's side in service delivery commitments.
Plan Validity & Rescheduling Policy
Each service plan is valid for a maximum period of 3 months from
the date of purchase. Candidates are expected to complete all
sessions within this timeframe. One reschedule is allowed as a
goodwill gesture; however, repeated rescheduling or delays beyond
30 days may result in plan invalidation. Expired plans will not
be eligible for refund or further claims under any
circumstances.
Non-Transferable Services
All service plans offered by Job Matrix are strictly
non-transferable. Once a plan is purchased, it is exclusively
assigned to the registered candidate and cannot be transferred to
another individual. Any attempt to transfer or misuse the plan
may result in cancellation without refund and restriction from
accessing future services.
