Job Matrix Consultancy is committed to providing transparent and fair services to all candidates. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
Refund Eligibility
Candidates are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their
service within 24 or 48 hours of purchase, but only if no
sessions or benefits have been used. If any session or benefit is
attended or accessed, no refund will be provided, regardless of
the cancellation timeline.
Partial Refund
If a candidate has attended one or more sessions and then decides
to cancel, a partial refund will be processed. In this case, a
cancellation charge of ₹2,000 per candidate will be deducted from
the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
To claim a refund, candidates must fill out the cancellation form
on our website. Once submitted, the refund request will be
reviewed and approved within 3 to 5 days. After approval, the
refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days. Refunds will be
issued using the original payment method (UPI, net banking, or
bank account transfer), as specified by the candidate in the
form.
Cancellation Process
Candidates must cancel their service by filling the cancellation
form available on our website.

This is the only official method for cancellation. If a candidate
misses a session or is a no-show, a cancellation charge will
apply.

Service Dissatisfaction
If a candidate is dissatisfied with the service and wishes to
cancel, the same cancellation process applies. In this case, a
cancellation charge of ₹2,000 will be deducted per candidate.
Job Guarantee Program
In the event that a candidate does not receive a job offer within
3 months after attending all sessions, they will be eligible for
a full refund. However, a professional documentation fee of ₹500
will be deducted from the refund amount, along with applicable
GST.
Fraud or Wrong Information
If a candidate provides incorrect or misleading information,
resulting in failure to secure a job or inability to access
services, no refund will be provided. It is the candidate’s
responsibility to provide accurate and complete details.
Company Cancellation
If Job Matrix cancels the service plan due to operational or
business reasons, the candidate will receive a full refund. This
refund will include all service fees, the documentation fee, and
GST, without any deductions.
Plan Validity
Each service plan is valid for a maximum of 3 months from the
date of purchase. If a candidate fails to attend all sessions
within this period, the plan will expire, and no further claims
will be entertained. Candidates are permitted one reschedule as a
goodwill gesture; however, repeated rescheduling beyond 30 days
will invalidate the plan.
Non-Transferable
Service plans are strictly non-transferable. Once purchased, the
plan and its sessions are exclusively for the registered
candidate and cannot be transferred to another person.
