No physical shipping is applicable

Job Matrix is a service-based platform that exclusively provides digital services and does not deal in any physical products. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery is applicable under any circumstances.

All services offered by Job Matrix, including interview training, resume creation, career guidance, and mock interview sessions, are conducted online and delivered through digital communication channels such as secure online meeting platforms, including Google Meet, Zoom Meet, and Microsoft Teams, as well as official email.

Upon successful purchase of any service plan, the candidate is onboarded within 24 to 48 hours. During this period, the Job Matrix team establishes communication with the candidate and initiates the service process. All services are scheduled and delivered in accordance with predefined timelines, mutual availability, and structured guidance to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Job Matrix does not provide or dispatch any physical documents, hard copies, or courier-based materials. However, candidates may receive necessary documents, resumes, or other service-related materials in digital format through official communication channels such as registered email. No services or documents are shared through any unauthorized or third-party platforms.

As all services are digitally delivered, no shipping charges are applicable. By purchasing any service from Job Matrix, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that all services are non-physical in nature and will be delivered solely through online modes as outlined above.
