Our charges apply only to interview training, career preparation services, and professional guidance provided to candidates. The amount charged depends on the number and type of services selected by the candidate. Candidates who choose additional preparation services may be required to pay higher service charges accordingly.
Many candidates prefer work-from-home opportunities, and Job Matrix may also share genuine work-from-home job opportunities with candidates without charging any placement fees. However, securing a job depends largely on the candidate's preparation, skills, qualifications, and performance during the interview process. Job Matrix does not guarantee job placement, and employment outcomes may vary from candidate to candidate.
In order to provide our services effectively, candidates are required to provide accurate information and submit a professional CV containing details such as their name, contact number, email address, residential address, educational background, and work experience. This information helps us evaluate the candidate's profile and connect them with relevant job opportunities. Job Matrix maintains strict confidentiality regarding candidate information and does not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and correct information while registering or communicating with Job Matrix. If a candidate provides incorrect contact details or inaccurate information that prevents us from contacting them, coordinating interview preparation sessions, or scheduling interviews, and as a result the candidate misses a job opportunity, Job Matrix will not be responsible for such circumstances.
Job Matrix maintains a Cancellation and Refund Policy that applies under specific conditions. Candidates who cancel their service request within 48 hours of purchasing a service and before availing any service may be eligible for a full refund. However, once a candidate has started or received any service such as interview preparation, CV assistance, or training sessions, cancellation will not be eligible for any refund. Additional conditions regarding refunds and cancellations may apply and are described in detail in the Cancellation and Refund Policy section of our website.
Job Matrix does not display or promote unauthorized third-party links or advertisements on its platform. Any job opportunities shared on our platform are reviewed and presented by our team based on available information. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All services offered by Job Matrix, including interview training, resume creation, career guidance, and mock interview sessions, are conducted online and delivered through digital communication channels such as secure online meeting platforms, including Google Meet, Zoom Meet, and Microsoft Teams, as well as official email.
Upon successful purchase of any service plan, the candidate is onboarded within 24 to 48 hours. During this period, the Job Matrix team establishes communication with the candidate and initiates the service process. All services are scheduled and delivered in accordance with predefined timelines, mutual availability, and structured guidance to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Job Matrix does not provide or dispatch any physical documents, hard copies, or courier-based materials. However, candidates may receive necessary documents, resumes, or other service-related materials in digital format through official communication channels such as registered email. No services or documents are shared through any unauthorized or third-party platforms.
As all services are digitally delivered, no shipping charges are applicable. By purchasing any service from Job Matrix, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that all services are non-physical in nature and will be delivered solely through online modes as outlined above.
